"If you're staying in Bilbao, look no further than the Hotel Vincci Consulado de Bilbao. The hotel enjoys a fantastic location just a few minutes' walk from the Guggenheim museum. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice of hot and cold food. Excellent quality, location and value for your money."

Unmatched Hospitality: There was a lovely treat waiting for her upon arrival, and every single member of the front desk team made a point to wish her a happy birthday throughout our stay. A Magical Surprise: Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, they arranged a special delivery to our room complete with balloons and a Mickey Mouse pancake! It completely blew her away and set the perfect tone for her..."

"We just checked out. The folks who work here are amazing and service was great. Views of the guggenheim from veranda. Just be aware the standard and river view rooms were very very small. Not enough room for luggage nor to sit and enjoy the view. The only amenity is the small lobby and veranda but its part of the bar and hard to find seats. I would not call it luxury nor romantic or good for kids."

"Perfect location right next to the Guggenheim and the river, and easy walking distance to the old and new town and the metro. Lovely suite with amazing view of the Guggenheim. Service was fantastic - friendly and welcoming staff, great breakfast and special touches like complimentary cava and cake in our room on arrival! Thank you - we had a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!"

"This was a perfect hotel for a weekend in Bilbao. The location is perfect - a quick walk to the Guggenheim Museum and a short walk to the center of town with shops and bars and pinxtos!! The room is lovely as is the service. They serve an incredible breakfast which is available from 8-11:30. They also offered a glass of cava on arrival, which got our weekend off to a perfect start. I. Give this hotel an easy 10+++!!!"
